The Computerized Office

I am comfortable in the same computer-dominated world you find in your office. I can meet your needs for electronic storage delivery, and go well beyond them. I've managed image data within sophisticated models, handle projects involving tens of thousands of items with databases I've customized, and delivered content web ready in validated XHTML.

Here's a summary of my recent computer skills:

• Digital Imaging. I bring developed Photoshop skills to your imaging needs, using digital darkroom techniques to bring your project beyond normal limits of field photography.
• Database Content Management. Sophisticated content management software is not available to small businesses — so I wrote my own. It indexes and keywords my 24,000 image database, manages a number of websites (including this one), manages content for my five guidebooks, and produces invoices and related documents.
• Production programs. I am capable in a wide variety of programs: spreadsheets, word processing, presentation, image manipulation, mapping, even CAD.
